Last updated: October 22, 2026

Algo Realty Inc. ("Algo Realty", "we") manages rental properties. This policy explains how we handle information when you sign up for text messages from us.

What we collect. Your mobile phone number, the property you rent from us, and the messages you send to and receive from our number.

How we use it. Only to send the texts you agreed to receive about your tenancy: rent reminders, maintenance and repair updates, and lease and notice updates, and to answer your replies.

What we never do. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging carrier), who may use it only to deliver them.

How long we keep it. For as long as you rent from us and as required by law. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
