Rich Rasmuson - Head of Maintenance

Rich Rasmuson is the head of our Maintenance Department, with his vast knowledge of rental maintenance. Rich worked as head maintenance technician for 3 years at a 200-unit apartment complex, as he attended business school. When disaster struck the property, causing a stack of more than 18 units to flood. Rich oversaw the water medication and reconstruction of those damaged units. This gave him great knowledge of Real Estate, Rentals and Construction. After becoming a great asset to the company, Rich went on to help develop maintenance teams and departments for future developments.

He is passionate about solving problems and helping others. He enjoys a nice round of golf during the spring and summer. When fall becomes winter, he enjoys reading up on new technology or a good self-development book.

Being a homeowner and a business owner, Rich has a great passion for what he does. Enjoys team development and teamwork. His passion to help others and solve problems is one of his greatest strengths.
