Justin Kay - Realtor, Leasing Manager, and Investor

Justin received his Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota in 2010. He dedicated his life to helping people while working at various health care companies - long-term care, mental health and substance abuse crisis line, and ostomy care. Next, he was a proud 3M'er for 6 years in the Product Application Customer Experience supporting some legendary consumer-facing products.

Even at the age of 13, Justin was working at Dairy Queen and at 16, at Caribou Coffee (and off and on there for over 5 years). He was so fascinated with the customer experience, he did his high school senior speech in front of hundreds of spectators on customer retention and how forced repetitive speech by businesses is hurting customer loyalty. That what is need is to make real conversation, make a connection, and actually mean what you're saying to people, it shows and it's important to feel cared about and connected with.

Through all his career life, he felt like something was missing. Many of his family members had been successful in real estate yet it hadn't really crossed his mind as a possible vocation until deciding to leave 3M.

Since commencing work at Algo Realty Inc. in April 2024 and then getting his real estate license, his life has been completely transformed! Connecting in person with people and being a small part of them achieving major milestones is an extremely rewarding experience. Justin is especially passionate about carefully guiding people through each step of the process to ensure they feel comfortable, understand, and are happy to proceed. Whether to rent, to buy, or to sell is the goal, Justin cares deeply about understanding each person's individual needs. Then, he formulates a strategy to achieve the goals you set with him. Justin has a proven track record of success helping make dreams come true for countless people as a Realtor and Leasing Manager.
