Benjamin Nhan- Realtor

Ben is an engineer by trade who graduated from the University of Minnesota. His initial interest in real estate began while he was researching about achieving financial freedom outside of the 9-5 workspace. He decided to make the leap in 2021 and saved up enough to buy his first duplex on his own! After that, the real estate itch never went away. He read every book he could get his hands on and listened to every podcast related to real estate whenever he had the opportunity. After educating himself through those outlets, he wanted to fully immerse himself and help others in their real estate journey so he acquired his real estate license. 

When he's not working on real estate, you can always find him enjoying some of my favorite hobbies. He is a Minnesota native who loves the outdoors. He enjoys camping/backpacking in the boundary waters with friends and family, snowboarding in the winter, and working out in the gym. He is also an avid scuba diver so you can pick his brain if you ever want to get certified or just want to learn more!

His goal as an agent is to guide others in striving for their real estate goals, whether that be helping them buy their first starter home, finding their dream home, or following in my footsteps of achieving financial freedom through real estate. Having an engineering background allows him to be analytical and have attention to detail, which is quintessential in today’s real estate market.
